NEW FIRE FIGHTERS UPDATE <br /> <br />· Officer Weiss needs to know when Fire Fighter Nelson and Tumes are ready for their 90-day <br /> review. <br /> <br />· Hepatitis B shots are not updated on all of the new fire fighters. <br /> <br />MAJOR MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Chief Kapler reviewed the Major Maintenance report. <br /> <br />· Driver's side door strap was repaired on Engine One. <br /> <br />· New hose for the foam pro has been received and will be installed October 6th. <br /> <br /> Tanker One had oil added to the primer pump. <br /> <br />· The mixture of the oil used is the same throughout. <br /> <br />· Grass Rig One had the front end repaired and the tires rotated. <br /> <br />· MnDOT will work on the Opticon Receiver at Armstrong Boulevard and Highway #10. <br /> <br />· Officer Simpson wishes to thank those who have helped with the maintenance. <br /> <br />RADIO37PAGERS/TURNOUT GEAR/MAPS <br /> <br />Officer Sharp reviewed the Radios/Pagers/Tumout Gear/Maps report. <br /> <br />· The engraved nameplates are up. <br /> <br />· Par tags and helmet lettering have been ordered for the new fire fighters. <br /> <br />· Tubes for the mutual aid maps have arrived and Officer Sharp will put a full set of maps in <br /> each truck. <br /> <br />· A new hand held radio is in service. It does need an adjustment. <br /> <br />· Three pair of gloves and hoods, two helmet shields and flashlights were ordered.
