RADIO,SVPAGERS/TURNOUT GEAR <br /> <br />Officer Sharp reviewed the Radio's/Pagers/Turnout Gear Report. <br /> <br /> The recalled pagers have been replaced. The new pagers are being distributed in order of <br /> seniority. <br /> <br /> Firefighters needing new turnout gear will be contacted directly fi.om the company to <br /> schedule fittings and ordering. <br /> <br />· Large city maps (6 x 6) are available at the Anoka County Surveyor's Office. <br /> <br />· Two or three par tags need replacement. <br /> <br />INCIID£NT REPORT <br /> <br />Chief' Kapler Reviewed the Incident Report. <br /> <br />· In June there were 31 calls, of which 11 were rescue and 20 were fire. Total dollar damage <br /> was approximately $100,000. <br /> <br />· Year to date there has been 183 calls, of which 58 were rescue and 125 were fire. Total <br /> dollar damage is approximately $380,000. <br /> <br />· Year to date in 1999 there was 151 calls, of which 50 were rescue and 101 were fire. Total <br /> dollar damage to date in 1999 was $79,000. <br /> <br />MEDIC/I L/SCBA <br /> <br />Officer Weiss reviewed the Medical/SCBA Report. <br /> <br />· The defibrillator was inspected and the battery changed. <br /> <br />· Compressor filters were changed. <br /> <br />· l-lydro testing has been completed. <br /> <br />· SCBA bottles should not leave the hose tower until they have been visually inspected to be <br /> ready for service. <br /> <br />STATION CLEANUP <br /> <br />· Firefighter LaTour's group has station clean up this month. <br /> <br /> FIRE DEPARTMENT/July 12, 2000 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
