NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ORDINANCE 22-09: SECTION 117-56 AMENDMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public hearing <br />on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at 7:00 pm, at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive <br />NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of this hearing is to consider amendment to City Code Section 117-56 to revise the <br />easement vacation procedure to require a resolution in the City of Ramsey. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. The City of <br />Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information <br />will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a <br />request should contact Bria Raines at 763-433-9840 by noon on Wednesday, January 19, 2022. <br />Those that are able to attend meetings remotely should do so to maintain appropriate social <br />distancing standards. All interested persons are invited to join remotely from a PC, Mac, Linus, <br />IOS, or Android at www.cityoframsey.com/meetings.
