ORDINANCE #22-11 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING SECTION <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 117-1 (DEFINITIONS), 117-116 (E-2 <br />EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT), 117-117 (E-1 EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT), AND 117-124 <br />(E-3 EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT) OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENTS <br />Section 117-1. — Definitions shall be amended to include the following (additions will be shown <br />as addition): <br />Brewery means a facility for a brewer who manufactures more than 15,000 barrels of malt <br />liquor, as defined in Minn. Stat. §340A.101, subd. 16, for sale in a calendar year. <br />Brewpub means a facility for a brewer who also holds one or more retail on -sale licenses <br />and who manufactures fewer than 3,500 barrels of malt liquor in a year, at any one licensed <br />premises, the entire production of which is solely for consumption on tap on any licensed <br />premises owned by the brewer, or for off -sale from those licensed premises as permitted in <br />Minn. Stat. §340A.24, subd. 2. <br />Microbrewea means a brewery with a capacity to manufacture less than 15,000 barrels of <br />alcoholic and nonalcoholic malt liquor in a calendar year. This definition does not include <br />a brewpub. <br />Taproom means an area on the premises of or adjacent to the brewery location owned by <br />the brewer that allows the on -sale of malt liquor produced by the brewer for consumption. <br />Such use shall be accessory to the primary use of a brewery or microbrewery_ <br />Section 117-116. E-2 Employment District. shall be amended to include the following (additions <br />will be shown as addition): <br />
