Experienced outreach teams will be surveying those
individuals who may be living outside. Those participating in the count have been trained on how
to fill out surveys, and some individuals have also agreed to be point persons to do surveys with
individuals who call in to receive services Jan. 26.
-more-
Respectful, Innovative, Fiscally Responsible

rd
Government Center 2100 3 Avenue, Suite 700 Anoka, MN 55303-5024 www.anokacounty.us
Office: 763-324-4700 Fax: 763-324-5490

Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer
