Commissioner Watson stated in the past there has been an issue of snow removal and other <br />things. }le wondered what the circle in the middle of the roadway was for. He thought there was <br />a dclinite bottleneck. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson stated they are trying to make a beautiful entrance to the development using <br />landscaping and a traffic circle but they could eliminate this. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer stated he was concerned with the setback with lots 41-48 by Trott Brook. <br />! [e thought these were in there pretty tight and he was concerned with high water marks and he <br />thought the City wanted to do conservation easements along th'ere. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Watson, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to recommend that the <br />City Council adopt the resolution denying the request to approve the Comprehensive Plan <br />Amcndmcnt. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Watson, Brauer, and Shepherd. Voting No: <br />Commissioners Johnson and Van Scoy. Abstaining: Levine.
