Please provide a fee/service charge schedule on all <br />services described above, highlighting those fees which would be negotiable. In addition, <br />plcasc provide a sample detailed monthly service charge for service provided to the City <br />using thc following information [which is representative of a normal months' activity]: <br /> <br />Daily deposits - 500 items [20 deposits with 25 items each] <br /> Approximately 6,000 checks are deposited annually. Deposits are made <br /> on a daily basis - except holidays and weekends. Each deposit consists of <br /> primarily checks <br /> <br />Checks and drafts - 600 items [includes non-ACH payroll checks] <br /> Approximately 6,000 checks written annually. Payable to various vendors <br /> including monthly payments for utilities etc. These checks are cleared <br /> through a checking account that is "swept" into an automatic investment <br /> account on a daily basis. In addition, approximately 800 payroll payments <br /> are issued as checks. <br /> Wire transfers: outgoing - 20 incoming - 20 outgoing <br /> Currently all purchases/maturities of investments are wired to/from the <br /> City's checking account and swept to/from the automatic investment <br /> account. All interest earnings [with a select few] are wired directly to the <br /> checking account and swept to the automatic investment account. County <br /> tax settlements, state payments, and flex plan reimbursements are also <br /> currently wired directly to the City's checking account and swept daily to <br /> the automatic investment account. <br /> Returned NSF check - 1 <br /> ACH fees - 150 items [two payrolls with 75 items each, three payrolls (2 <br /> times a year)] <br /> Approximately 2,600 payroll payments issued annually [includes all full- <br /> time and regular part-time; seasonal workers; firefighters paid quarterly; & <br /> interns]. Approximately 70% of the employees opt for direct deposit <br /> <br /> <br />
