CASE <br /> <br />TIT! <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT OF A HOUSING PLAN FOR THE CITY <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />HRA Executive Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION: <br /> <br />At thc July 28, 2005 City Council Work Session, City Staff presented an overview of <br />several options for housing redevelopment projects. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION POINTS: <br /> <br />As a result of the discussions on July 28, 2005, the City Council directed that these <br />projects be fbrwarded to the HRA. It was suggested that the HRA consider engaging the <br />services of' consultants to provide answers as to how to proceed on projects, funding <br />opportunities, etc. <br /> <br />ATTACItMENTS: <br /> <br />NOD(2. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff is recommending that the City develop a Master Housing Plan to serve as a guide <br />fbr l'uture HRA projects.
