b. Human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, even if completely and opaquely covered.
<br />(2) Specified sexual activities. Actual or simulated sexual intercourse, oral copulation, anal intercourse,
<br />oral -anal copulation, bestiality, direct physical stimulation of unclothed genitals, flagellation or torture
<br />in the context of a sexual relationship, or the use of excretory functions in the context of a sexual
<br />relationship, and any of the following sexually oriented acts or conduct:
<br />a. Anilingus, buggery, coprophagy, coprophilia, cunnilingus, fellatio, necrophilia, pederasty,
<br />pedophilia, piquerism, sapphism, zooerasty;
<br />b. Clearly depicted human genitals in the state of sexual stimulation, arousal or tumescence;
<br />c. Use of human or animal ejaculation, sodomy, oral copulation, coitus, or masturbation;
<br />d. Fondling or touching of nude human genitals, pubic region, buttocks, or female breast;
<br />e. Situations involving a person, any of whom are nude, clad in undergarments or in sexually
<br />revealing costumes, and who are engaged in activities involving the flagellation, torture,
<br />fettering, binding or other physical restraint of any such persons;
<br />f. Erotic or lewd touching, fondling or other sexually oriented contact with an animal by a human
<br />being;

<br />Human excretion, urination, menstruation, vaginal or anal irrigation.
<br />Adult uses — accessory means a use, business, or establishment having ten percent of its stock in trade or
<br />floor area allocated to, or 20 percent of its gross receipts derived from movie rentals or magazine sales.
<br />Adult uses — principal means a use, business, or establishment having more than ten percent of its stock in
<br />trade or floor area allocated to, or more than 20 percent of its gross receipts derived from, any adult use.
<br />Advertising device sign means a sign that has as its purpose to promote, advertise, or sell a product or service
<br />obtainable on the premises upon which the sign is located, and not to identify the premises.
<br />Agricultural use means the use of land for the production of food or fiber, their storage on the area, and/or
<br />the raising thereon of domestic pets and domestic farm animals.
<br />Agricultural uses means those uses commonly associated with the growing of produce on farms. These
<br />include: Field crop farming, pasture for hay, fruit growing, tree, plant, shrub or flower nursery without building,
<br />truck gardening, and livestock raising and feeding, but not including fur farms, commercial animal feedlots and
<br />kennels.
<br />Alley means a public right-of-way primarily designed to serve as secondary access to the side or rear of those
<br />properties whose principal frontage is on a street.
<br />Alter means to change the appearance or function.
<br />Alternative energy system means a wind energy conversion system (WECS), a solar energy system, or a
<br />ground source heat pump system.
<br />Amortization means the establishment of a time schedule over which the cost of an investment is
<br />depreciated.
<br />Animals, domestic farm, means horses, cattle, sheep, ducks, chickens, geese, rabbits, pigeons, goats, hogs,
<br />bees, turkeys.
<br />Animals, domestic pets, means dogs, cats, birds and other commonly known house pets.
<br />Antenna means any structure or device used for the purpose of collecting or transmitting electromagnetic
<br />waves, including but not limited to directional antennas, such as panels, microwave dishes, and satellite dishes,
<br />and omni-directional antennas, such as whip antennas.
