Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #22-026 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT KNOWN AS <br />RIVER CROSSING SECOND ADDTION <br />RECITALS <br />1. Anoka County properly applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lots 1-2, Block 1 RIVER CROSSING ADDITION <br />-Or upon recording - <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Lot 1, Block 2, and Outlots A and B, RIVER CROSSING SECOND <br />ADDITION <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />2. The City Council reviewed the Final Plat on January 25, 2022. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat known as RIVER <br />CROSSING SECOND ADDTION in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a) Final Plat subject to review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />b) Subject to review and approval by the City Engineer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 25th day of January, 2022. <br />
