ORDINANCE NO. 22-01 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF PLATTED RIGHT-OF-WAY AND A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 SECTION 2. VACATION The following described platted right-of-way is hereby vacated, to -wit (also see Exhibit A): That part of Dolomite Street NW, as dedicated and delineated on RIVERSIDE WEST, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northeasterly of a line parallel with and 33.00 feet northeasterly of the centerline of 138th Ave. N.W, as dedicated and delineated on said RIVERSIDE WEST, now known as Riverdale Drive N.W, as measured at right angles to said centerline. -and- The following described drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to -wit (also see Exhibit A): That part of the drainage and utility easement, as dedicated and delineated over Lot 1, Block 2, RIVERSIDE WEST, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of a line lying 43.00 feet easterly of and parallel with the centerline of Dolomite Street NW, as dedicated and delineated on said RIVERSIDE WEST, as measured at right angles to said centerline, lying southwesterly of a line lying 10.00 feet southwesterly of and parallel with the northeasterly line of said Lot 1, as measured at right angles to said northeasterly line, and lying northeasterly of a line lying 10.00 feet northeasterly of and parallel with the southwesterly line of said Lot 1 and its northwesterly extension, as measured at right angles to said southwesterly line. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
