Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #22-003 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT KNOWN AS RIVERSIDE WEST <br />REARRANGEMENT <br />RECITALS <br />1. The City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 4, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 RIVERSIDE WEST <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />-Or upon recording - <br />Lots 1-2, Block 1, RIVERSIDE WEST REARRANGEMENT <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />2. The City Council introduced Ordinance #22-01, vacating Dolomite Street right-of-way <br />between Riverdale Drive and Highway and a portion of drainage utility easement on 6650 <br />Highway 10, on January 11, 2022. <br />3. The City Council reviewed the Final Plat on January 11, 2022. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat RIVERSIDE WEST <br />REARRANGEMENT in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a) Adoption of Ordinance #22-01; and <br />b) Final Plat subject to review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
