ORDINANCE #22-02 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />ON LOT 1 BLOCK 1 EBONY ADDITION. <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described drainage and utility easements, as indicated in Exhibit A attached, are <br />hereby vacated, to -wit: <br />That part of the Drainage and Utility Easement as dedicated on the recorded plat of <br />EBONY ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota lying 10.00 feet southerly of the north lot <br />line of Lot 1, Block 1, said EBONY ADDITION, except the east and west 10.00 feet of <br />said Lot 1. <br />SECTION 3.
