The proposed Trott Brook Crossing development is expected to generate approximately 200 <br />a.m. peak hour, 267 p.m. peak hour, and 2,549 daily vehicles trips. <br />The trips generated were distributed to the study area based on the directional distribution shown in <br />Figure 4, which was developed based on existing travel patterns and engineering judgement. The <br />resultant year 2026 and 2040 no build traffic forecasts, which include general area background growth <br />and adjacent development trips, are shown in Figures 5 and 6, respectively.
