The delay shown represents the worst side -street approach delay. <br />While the intersections are expected to operate acceptably overall, there are side -street delays that <br />reach a LOS F at the Nowthen Boulevard NW intersections with Ramsey Boulevard NW and 167th <br />Avenue NW. The following information summarizes the operational and/or queuing issues that <br />warrant consideration as traffic volumes increase. <br />• Nowthen Boulevard NW / Ramsey Boulevard NW <br />o The side -street delay in the eastbound direction is 15 seconds for the a.m. peak and 86 seconds <br />for the p.m. peak hour. The 95th percentile queues in the eastbound direction are expected to <br />be approximately 80 feet during the a.m. peak hour and 425 feet during the p.m. peak hour. <br />o Side -street delay is expected to increase by approximately three (3) seconds per vehicle during <br />the a.m. peak and 43 seconds per vehicle during the p.m. peak as compared to year 2040 no <br />build conditions. <br />• Nowthen Boulevard NW / 167th Avenue NW <br />o The side -street delay in the westbound direction is 10 seconds for the a.m. peak and 57 seconds <br />for the p.m. peak hour. The 95th percentile queues in the westbound direction are expected <br />to be approximately 55 feet during the a.m. peak hour and 145 feet during the p.m. peak hour. <br />The 95th percentile queues in the eastbound direction are expected to be approximately 65 <br />feet during the a.m. peak hour and 80 feet during the p.m. peak hour. <br />o Side -street delay is expected to increase by approximately one (1) second per vehicle during <br />the a.m. peak and nine (9) seconds per vehicle during the p.m. peak as compared to year 2040 <br />no build conditions. <br />Page 18 <br />
