Motion by Councilmember Heineman to adopt Resolution #21-338 Adopting the City's 2022- <br />2031 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br />Councilmember Heineman withdrew the motion. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor Kuzma called the public hearing to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Kuzma, <br />Musgrove, Specht, and Woestehoff. Voting No: Councilmember Howell. <br />6.02: Public Hearing- 2022 Tax Levies and General Fund Budget <br />• Adopt Resolution #21-339 Adopting the 2021, Payable 2022 Municipal Tax Levy <br />• Adopt Resolution #21-340 Adopting the 2022 General Fund Budget <br />• Adopt Resolution #21-341 Adopting the 2022 Economic Development Authority <br />(EDA) Budget <br />Presentation <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Resolution #21-339 <br />Adopting the 2021, Payable 2022 Municipal Tax Levy in the amount of $15,312,856; adopt <br />Resolution #21-340 Adopting the 2022 General Fund Budget in the amount of $14,492,640; Adopt <br />Resolution #21-341 Adopting the 2022 Economic Development Authority (EDA) Budget in the <br />amount of $85,360.
