He stated that he was a part of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan process, <br />which included input from the public and maps and diagrams but not many residents participate in <br />that process. <br />Commissioner Walker commented that the City should spend the additional funds to have tracked <br />delivery for notices as that would provide a record. <br />Commissioner Anderson commented that there is a communication issue with the residents that <br />has to be fixed. <br />Councilmember Woestehoff noted that the website is updated every four years, which he believes <br />is slated for perhaps 2023. <br />Mike Smith, resident of Chicago, stated that perhaps residents could provide their email address <br />and be notified through email. <br />Councilmember Woestehoff stated that residents can subscribe to updates for any Board, <br />Commission, or the City Council. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Dunaway, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners Dunaway, Anderson, Gengler, <br />Peters, VanScoy, and Walker. Voting No: None.
