Infrastructure Improvements <br /> Zeolite Street NW needs to be reconstructed and brought up to current city street standards. Coordinating this <br /> project with the filling of Parcel 46 and relocation of the wetland would make sense due to the traffic and hauling <br /> of the dirt between Parcel 46 and The Waterfront. The connection of West Ramsey Parkway and related utilities <br /> should also be considered as part of this project. A Study relating to some of these items was done by Bolton and <br /> Menk in 2018 and would need to be updated. <br /> Notification: <br /> N/A <br /> Observations/Alternatives: <br /> In order to facilitate development of Parcel 46,the costs to bring this site up to grade and to relocated the wetland, <br /> and potentially the stormwater pond, and other adjacent infrastructure,need to be determined. Once costs are <br /> determined funding sources for each facet of the project will also need to be identified. <br /> Funding Source: <br /> To be determined.
