d) Persons conducting a business from property zoned for residential use on the <br />effective date of the ordinance from which this section is derived shall be <br />required to obtain a home occupation permit as required herein. The business <br />may continue pending final determination of the application. Should the <br />zoning administrator or council deny the application for a home occupation <br />permit the use shall immediately cease at such residential premises. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter <br />Section 5.04. <br />SECTION 5. SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #22-06 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />Ordinance #22-06 amends Chapter 117, Sections 1 (Definitions) and 351 (Home Occupations) to <br />revise the existing City of Ramsey Zoning Code.
