ORDINANCE #22-12 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 117-124 (E-3: EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT) OF <br />THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT TO CITY CODE SECTION 117-124 <br />The current City Code Section 117-124 is revised as follows (additions indicated by underline, <br />deletions indicated by strikethrough): <br />Sec. 117-124. —E-3: Employment District <br />(a) Intent. The purpose of the E-3 Employment District is to provide for the mix of typically <br />large volumes or bulk commercial goods and services, wholesale/warehouse activities and <br />limited retail activities and limited outdoor storage. <br />(b) Permitted uses.
