CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Kuzma called the Closed Session of the City Council to order at 6:43 p.m. <br />2. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />2.01: Consider Offer to Sell Portion of Outlot A of the Elmcrest Sanctuary, Anoka County <br />Minnesota <br />Deputy City Administrator/ Community Dev. Director Hagen introduced the discussion in <br />consideration of an offer to sell a portion of Outlot A of the Elmcrest Sanctuary. <br />The Council discussed the offer and consensus was reached to continue discussion after tonight's <br />City Council meeting. <br />3.
