PRESENTATION <br />None. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br />Jim Gutzwiller, 16651 Quicksilver Street, asked if there were any updates on the north entrance of <br />Elmcrest Park. <br />City Administrator Ulrich confirmed that the City is pursuing enforcement action for any <br />violations on the property. <br />Mr. Gutzwiller asked if the City is aware of violations within the easement. <br />City Administrator Ulrich confirmed that the City is aware of the violations and continues to follow <br />its process for Code enforcement. <br />Mr. Gutzwiller asked if Ramsey has a Comprehensive Plan that would state the blight ordinance. <br />City Council / January 25, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />
