Councilmember Woestehoff stated that at Public Works it was discussed to add a road grading
review.

Mayor Pro Tem Riley replied that was one issue, along with the CIP and the rotation from that.
He stated what was discussed at Public Works is that there has been a lot of talk in the last year
about the funding of the road replacement, but now discussion should focus on decisions about
which roads. It was thought that it was bigger than Public Works. He stated that associated with
that is a decision in changes to how roads are measured to be more mathematical.

City Administrator Ulrich stated he would add road grading process to the agenda.

Mayor Pro Tem Riley commented that would be a part of it but the CIP and road replacement are
a more important part.

City Administrator Ulrich replied that could be a lengthy discussion.

4.
