CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Kuzma. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br /> <br />None. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Jim Gutzwiller, 16651 Quicksilver Street, asked if there were any updates on the north entrance of <br />Elmcrest Park. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich confirmed that the City is pursuing enforcement action for any <br />violations on the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Gutzwiller asked if the City is aware of violations within the easement. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich confirmed that the City is aware of the violations and continues to follow <br />its process for Code enforcement. <br /> <br />Mr. Gutzwiller asked if Ramsey has a Comprehensive Plan that would state the blight ordinance. <br />City Council / January 25, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br />
