Thc consensus of the Council was to direct staff to proceed with purchasing new systems <br />furniturc and selling the existing systems furniture. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamcc suggested it be determined if the Public Works Department has a need for any of <br />the existing system furniture prior to it being sold. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />I>ublic Works Director Kapler indicated the September 20th Public Works Committee meeting <br />will be hcld at the new Public Works facility. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman indicated the City's legal representative in the litigation with Oak <br />Terrace Mobile Home Park has been in contact with the attorney representing the Mobile Home <br />Park. This issue will likely be discussed prior to the September 13th City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Cmmcilmember Cook inquired about the status of Potassium Street. City Administrator Norman <br />replied thc engineering information was just received and a letter was sent to the property owners <br />showing the location for the road. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson requested the Council inform her if they will be <br />participating in the Happy Days Parade.
