17. ~l'hat on June 23, 2005, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment adopted findings of fact and a <br /> resolution denying the request for variance. <br /> <br />18. That on July 1, 2005, the City received a written appeal of the Board of Adjustment's <br /> decision and requested to be heard by the City Council. <br /> <br />19. That il' granted, the variance will permit a density that is prohibited in the R-2 Medium <br /> l)cnsity District. <br /> <br />20. ri'Dar it' granted, the variance will violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />21. 'l'hat, if granted, the variance will grant the Applicant a special privilege that is denied to <br /> other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />22. 'l'hat the special conditions causing the undue hardship do result from the actions of the <br /> Applicant. <br /> <br />23. ~l'hat it' granted, the variance will be materially detrimental to the purposes of the Ramsey <br /> Zoning Chapter. <br /> <br />24.
