WltEREAS, on June 2, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Ramsey Town Center 9th <br />Acldition; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, on June 28, 2005, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for <br />Ramsey Town Center 9th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 8, 2005, the Developer submitted a final plat for Ramsey Town <br />('.enter 9th Addition to the City; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, on July 26, 2005, the City Council reviewed the final plat for Ramsey Town <br />(icntcr 9~h Addition; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />'I'hat tho Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Town Center 9th <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Corn pliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 22, 2005 <br />2. Thc Developer entering into a Development Contract with the City <br />3. Approval of the request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment from the Metropolitan Council <br />4-.
