(!ouncihncmber Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-07-239 A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY TOWN (iENTER 10TM ADDITION WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied tbr final plat approval of Ramsey Town Center l0th Addition on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: O[ITLOT A, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota; All that part of OUTLOT E, said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, lying westerly of a line drawn parallel and concentric with and distant 80.00 feet westerly fi'om the westerly line of OUTLOT D, said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, and which lies northerly of a line drawn parallel with and distant 260.00 feet southerly from the northerly line of said OUTLOT E. (thc "Subject Property") W ltEREAS, on January 20, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan fi'om Rmnsey Town Center LLC for a plat to be named Ramsey Town Center l0th Addition; ~llld W[IEREAS, on February 3, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and WHEREAS, on May 11, 2005, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Ramsey Town Center 10th Addition to the City; and WHEREAS, on June 2, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Ramsey Town Center l0th Addition; and WItEREAS, on June 28, 2005, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Ramscy ~l'own Center l0th Addition; and WIIEREAS, on July 8, 2005, the Developer submitted a final plat for Ramsey Town Center 10th Addition to the City; and
