5. That copies of the Draft EAW were placed in the Technology and Science Library, the <br /> l~egislative Reference Library and the Anoka County Library-Rum River branch. <br /> <br />6. That the deadline for comment on the EAW was July 6, 2005. <br /> <br />That the City received comments from four governmental agencies, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and <br />Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />8. That thc City did not received any comments from the public regarding the Draft EAW. <br /> <br />9. That responses to the comments received are shown on Attachment A. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council, after review of the facts relating to the Development, the Draft <br />I';AW, and the responses to comments received has determined the following: <br /> <br /> 1 ) That the EAW does properly addresses mandatory environmental review issues pertaining <br /> to the proposed Sommerset Station development. <br />2) 'l'hat the responses to comments received by Anoka County, Minnesota Department of <br /> Transportation, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and the Metropolitan <br /> Council do properly answer and address the issues raised in their review of the Draft <br /> I:,AW. <br />3) '/'hat further environmental review is not needed for the proposed Sommerset Station <br /> dcvelopmcnt by Pulte Homes. <br /> <br />~l'hc motion tbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />(',ouncilmember Cook <br />(louncihnember Jeffrey <br />Councihnember Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />thc tbllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and thc lbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />(;ouncilmember Elvig <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-240 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
