C, ouncihncmber Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-241 <br /> <br />RESOI,UTION OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (EIS) FOR PULTE HOMES <br />SOMMERSET STATION DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Putle Development Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", is <br />proposing to develop the Sommerset Station subdivision within the City, within the City of <br />Ramscy, hereinafter referred to as "City", that is attached to this document; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, under 4410.4300(19)(c )of the State of Minnesota Rules, the subdivision <br />proposed by the Developer is required to have an EAW prepared; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, for the purposes of conducting the EAW, the City is the Responsible <br />(i(;vcrnmental Unit ("RGU"); and <br /> <br /> W ItEREAS, Chapter 4410.1500 of Minnesota Rules requires the RGU to prepare a draft <br />Al.IA R document and distribute it to various governmental agencies and the general public; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, in accordance with Minnesota Rules Chapter 4410, the City of Ramsey has <br />completed the public comment period for the Pulte Homes Sommerset Station Development and, <br /> <br /> WllEREAS, the mandatory EAW was sent to the following agencies for review and <br />comment: <br /> <br />IJ.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br />[ J.S. Environmental Protection Agency <br />tJ.S. Fish & Wildlife Services <br />l~oard of Water and Soil Resources <br />Minnesota Department of Agriculture <br />Minnesota Department of Health <br />Minnesota Department of Natural Resources <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />Minnesota Environmental Quality Board <br />Minnesota Historical Society <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />Metropolitan Council <br />Anoka County and, <br /> <br /> WIlEREAS, a notice of the mandatory EAW was published in the EQB Monitor on <br />,[tt~le 6, 9~005, and copies of the document were placed in the Technology and Science Library, <br />th~' l,cgisl at ive Reference Library and the Anoka County Library-Rum River branch and, <br /> <br /> <br />
