CoLmcihncmber Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08-258 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TOWN CENTER <br />GARDENS 3m~ ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WitEREAS, Brightkeys, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied <br />I:br final plat approval of Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition on the following described property <br />located in thc City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A and Outlot C, Town Center Gardens, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Outlot A and Outlot B, Town Center Gardens 2"d Addition according to the recorded <br />plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />l~o; 2, Block I, Town Center North, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(thc "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WllEREAS, on July 22, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plm] fi'om lhqghtkeys, Inc. for a plat to be named Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WtIEREAS, on August 5, 2004 and November 11, 2004, the Planning Commission <br />reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat <br />stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 10, 2005, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />~poscd plat and recommended park dedication be satisfied through a cash payment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 24, 2005, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Town <br />Center (iardens 3rd Addition to the City; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, on March 3, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />m~d recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Town Center Gardens 3~ <br />/\ddition; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, on April 12, 2005, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Town <br />(',enter (}ardclas 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> <br />
