Cotmcilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-08-283 A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVENWICK VILLAGE 2m) AI)D1TION WIt EREAS, A~ncon Construction, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied lyf final plat approval of Rivenwick Village 2nd Addition on the following described property located in tile City of Ramscy: Ouflot 13, Rivenwick Village, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minncsota (lhe "Subject Property") WtiEREAS, on July 11, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Amcon Construction for a plat to be named Rivenwick Village 2nd Addition; and WIIEREAS, on August 8, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that the Developer proceed to the final plat stage; and W H EREAS, on August 11, 2005, the Developer submitted a final plat for Rivenwick Village 2nd Addition to tile City; and WItEREAS, on August 23, 2005, the City Council reviewed the final plat for Rivenwick Village 2''d Adc ilion: and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Rivenwick Village 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: I. Compliauce with City Staff Review Letter dated August 19, 2005 2.
