The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Variance to the Ordinary High Water Line (OHWL) setback requirement of 150 feet to construct an accessory structure on the property generally known as 5280 161st Ave NW and legally described as follows: Lots 11 & 12, Block 6, Barthels Rum River Acres 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Nicole Laubach at 763-433-9824 by noon on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. Those that are able to attend meetings remotely should do so to maintain appropriate social distancing standards. Remote attendees desiring to speak to the Planning Commission are asked to use their webcam.
