Recommendation: <br />A Sketch Plan is intended to provide the Planning Commission an opportunity to review a proposal and provide <br />initial feedback to an Applicant before development of more detailed, engineering plans, which can be very costly. <br />No formal action is required on the Sketch Plan. <br />If the Planning Commission is supportive of PACT establishing a new school campus on the Subject Property, then <br />it should recommend that the City Council adopt Resolution #22-050 and Ordinance #22-15. The former would <br />approve a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and direct Staff to formally submit an application to the Metropolitan <br />Council to re -guide the western eighteen (18) acres of the Subject Property to Public/Institutional.
