From: Brian Ratajczak <br />To: Brian McCann <br />Cc: Ramsey Planning <br />Subject: Pact Charter High School <br />Date: Thursday, February 17, 2022 5:30:57 PM <br />To whom it may concern, <br />will not be able to make the public hearing on this topic so I am writing you my concerns. <br />We received a notice of a rather large high school being planned in our residential neighborhood <br />directly across the street from our house. <br />This is one of the last things that we would ever want to see across our street. <br />The main reason we chose to live in the area where we are is because of the larger lots, residential <br />neighborhood and quiet streets. <br />I have no idea how a large high school would fit into this neighborhood without impacting everything <br />that we appreciate about this area. <br />There would need to be logistical changes that I am sure we would see in our taxes — all for a school <br />that my kids cannot even go to. <br />We are very much against such a large school being built in this neighborhood. <br />We appreciate your consideration <br />Brian and Karyn Ratajczak <br />If you like — please feel free to contact me direct — 612-419-9046 <br />Thank you <br />Brian Ratajczak <br />
