Then in the fall of 2023,construction of the Ramsey Gateway Highway 10 Improvements project will begin and <br /> continue through early 2026. <br /> The Anoka Solution project includes the reconstruction of three intersections along Highway 10 at Thurston Ave- <br /> nue,Fairoak Avenue and Main Street,along with pedestrian walkway improvements and frontage road improvements. <br /> Highway 10 will cross over Thurston Avenue and Fairoak Avenue,with a new full-access interchange with a roundabout <br /> replacing the signalized intersection at Thurston Avenue and Fairoak Avenue, crossing under Highway 10,with no <br /> access to Highway 10. <br /> At the same time,MnDOT plans to replace the Highway 10 bridge over the Rum River,to replace the current <br /> Highway 10 diamond interchange at Ferry Street with a single-point urban interchange,to make minor improvements <br /> to the bridge at 7th Avenue,to replace the 4th Avenue overpass and to realign the Rum River Regional Trail. <br /> Information on the Highway 10 projects in the City of Anoka is available on the City ofAnokds website at:www <br /> anokaminnesota.com/331,and on the Minnesota Department of Transportation's website at:wwwdot.state.mn.us/ <br /> metro/projects/hwy10-anoka/. <br />
