MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: <br /> Master's degree in public administration, business, finance, or related field and seven to ten <br /> years of executive leadership experience or a combination of education and experience <br /> providing equivalent knowledge. Proven experience as either a City Administrator/City Manager <br /> or senior executive, preferable in a high growth community of similar size or larger than <br /> Ramsey.
