MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> City Administrator Ulrich announced negotiations are ongoing on the Elmcrest Park land and the <br /> meeting was rescheduled from today to next Tuesday. He stated an update will be provided. A <br /> Special Work Session to discuss the 2022/2023 Strategic Planning will be held on Tuesday, <br /> February 15, 2022. The Regular Work Session and Council meeting with be February 22, 2022. <br /> Councilmember Specht encouraged Ramsey residents to sign up on the City's website for the 2022 <br /> Citizens' Academy. Applications are due Sunday, February 13, 2022. He stated from personal <br /> experience it was one of the best experiences of his life with all the things he learned about the <br /> Police Department. <br /> 9.
