CC Regular Session 5. 19. <br /> Meeting Date: 02/22/2022 <br /> By: Brian Hagen, Community Development <br /> Information <br /> Title <br /> Adopt Resolution#22-053 Approving ProjectDox Renewal Quote <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> The purpose of this case to approve the renewal quote for the ProjectDox software utilized for electronic plan <br /> review by City staff. ProjectDox was originally implemented in 2017 under a five year agreement. The existing <br /> agreement expires in March 2022. Attached is a renewal quote. As part of the renewal, staff requested a pro-rated <br /> 2022 participation cost to bring the agreement term in line with our budgeted calendar years. Subsequent years <br /> would be billed at a rate of$20,000 and for budgeting purposes,the renewal quote identifies a five year quote at <br /> $20,000 per year.
