Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-053 <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PROJECTDOX RENEWAL QUOTE <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey implement an electronic plan review software in 2017 <br /> known as ProjectDox; and <br /> WHEREAS, the original five-year agreement expires in March of 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Ramsey approves the continuation of the ProjectDox Software at <br /> a rate of$15,890.75 for 2022 and $20,000 per year thereafter per the renewal quote. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The City Council hereby approves the renewal quote between the City of Ramsey and <br /> Avolve Software for the purpose of ProjectDox plan review software. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the day of , 2022. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br />
