(11) Breweries, brewpubs, microbreweries, and taprooms. <br /> Sec. 117-125. The following are permitted uses, subject to general requirements and <br /> performance standards as specified by this chapter: <br /> (1) Restaurants, brewpubs, microbreweries, taprooms, and cafes limited to the <br /> hours between 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br /> SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br /> The following official summary of Ordinance #22-11 has been approved by the City Council of <br /> the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> Ordinance #22-11 amends Sections 117-114 through 117-121, and Sections 117-124 through 125 <br /> to allow breweries, brewpubs, microbreweries, and taprooms in the City of Ramsey as either <br /> conditional or permitted uses depending on the zoning district. <br /> SECTION 4.
