CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: Town Center Update & <br />Review <br />By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Prior to the City Council meeting of September 13, the City Council asked for an update <br />o F thc Town Center project. In preparation for an update, staff recognized that the fiscal <br />impact analysis that was completed in 2003, was in need of updating. Staff was directed <br />lo apply new estimates, including approved projects and projects that staff is aware of <br />into the financial projections. Staff has completed an estimate of revenues and it will be <br />fed into the fiscal impact model.
