He stated this is a 30% increase, and <br />questioned at what point they'say no. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated' he does not recall adjusting the square footage for smaller lots, and he <br />thinks they need to look at them. He indicated they should look at the overages they have <br />allowed and determine what is appropriate and then make applicants show real hardship to go <br />over that.
