INSPECTION FEES. The Permittees shall be responsible for all inspection costs incurred by the City retatcd to the installation of the Req.Ui~ed!mprovemenrs. The Permittees shall make a cash deposit into the. appropriate escrow account at the ci~'a~ti'}he~c!ty shall have the authority to draw upon these funds for the purpose o~' compensating for'inspection serv~c'es2 The amount of the deposit shall be equal to five percent (5"/0) of the estimatedcost of the Required Improvements, which equates to XXXXXX (XXXXX). This is to cover thc cost of inspecting the storm-sewer construction, site grading and connection to City utilities. Upon completion of the improvements to the satisfaction of the City, any surplus balance remaining in the City's escrow account shall be refunded to the Permittees. MUNICIPAL UTILITIES.i Sewer and water hookup charges and trunk fees will be financed through the Tax Itmrement Financ'ing digtrict established by the City of Ramsey. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FEES. Initial stormwater management fees will be paid through the Tax lncremcnt Financing district established by the City of Ramsey. However, the applicant will be re:;ponsible for the stormwater utility charge, based on the determined Residential Equivalent Unit (REU) czalculation of' 11.7. O UTSII)E REGULATORY AGENCIES. The Permittees herein agree to be responsible for obtaining all required permits or licenses from any other regulatory agencies. CONSTRUCTION SITE MAINTENANCE. The Permittees shall adhere to all City ordinances reiating to, but not li~nited to, dumping of garbage, site development, construction debris, open burning,
