Commis.~;ioner Van Scoy asked if there is room for a mm-around with a trailer. <br /> <br />Mr. Rowe indicated they have a Class V turn-around area. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer asked about the comment in the Staff report concerning the Fire <br />Department working with the owner. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frotik indicated that the Fire Department had a <br />concern about getting to all of the areas of the greenhouses, adding that there was an incident this <br />year. She stated Staff wanted to solidify that the applicant would work with the Fire Department <br />on this concern. She indicmed the <br />subject property is 99,056 square feet, or approximately 2.3 'acres in size. She stated that the <br />applicant is seeking to construct an accesso~ garage for the storage of general equipment and <br />t<)ols. She indicated that the prope~ c~enfly h~ 2 :otheraccesso~ybuitdings;on:~'~ site, <br />totaling 1,280 square feet. <br /> <br />Associate P[anner Dalnes stated that under City Code, a 2.3 acre parcel is allowed 2,064 square <br />~bet of accessory building space.
