SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #05-__ has been approved by the City Council of <br />thc City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intcnt and effect of Ordinance #05-__ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) to: <br /> · Clarify that in the Rural Developing zoning district, properties established through lot <br /> clustering are restricted to one (1) driveway per street frontage while properties that were <br /> established under the rural standards are permitted two (2) driveways. <br /> · C, orfect the R-1 Rural Developing bulk standards in regard to lot size, width, and <br /> setbacks. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
