Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City is negotiating a business subsidy agreement with Dave Perkins Contracting. As a <br />part of the transaction, the city is to convey rifle to Lot 1, Block 2, GATEWAY NORTH <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota to Dave Perkins Contracting. On <br />September 13, 2005, the City Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale.
