ORDINANCE NO. 05- <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br />[.OCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />Thc City of Rmnsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain l:eal property which <br />property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real prop.erty owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 2, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka COunty, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br /> The City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and <br />terms upon which the above described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
