The Tinklenber§ 6roup

MEMO

To: Brian Olson
City of Ramsey

From:

Jodi Ruehle
The Tinklenberg Group

Date:

September 23, 2005

Re:

Status report - NW Sanitary Sewer Project

To date we have signed with ten (10) of the eleven (11 ) property owners we have
met with regarding the easement acquisitions for the Northwest Sanitary Sewer
Extension Project. Thus far discussions have gone very well, and as expected,
very few issues have been raised relative to the ditch/utility and flowage
easement acquisition portion of the project.

Most questions raised pertain to project timing and future plans. We have
responded by informing individuals that future mailings and communications will
continue upon nearing the completion of the easement acquisition process. One
property owner, the Dvorak's (5801 160th Lane NW), have not agreed to sign,
however we are following up with them to continue discussions and address
specific issues surrounding their concerns.

Of this first acquisition segment of the project (ditch easements), we have yet to
meet with approximately six (6) land owners. These meetings have been
scheduled and meetings with four (4) of the six (6) parties have been
rescheduled due to the impacts from the recent storm. We anticipate completing
these remaining meetings and acquisitions by early next week.

Attached is a summary of the easement acquisitions as of today's date. You will
find that all compensation totals are within the allocated amount.

As discussed, we are moving east to west along the alignment; at this time we
are prepared to receive relevant data from ProSource Technologies to continue
with the next segment of property owners and begin scheduling appointments as
soon as possible.
