During 1994, the <br />Cily passed Ordinance #94-13 which allows for the certification of payments for current services <br />thal arc delinquent as of September 1 of each year. This is the eighth year that the City of <br />Ramscy will be certifying delinquent payments as assessments to be collected with property <br />mxcs payable in 2006. The total of delinquent payments is $29,866.63. The proposed resolution <br />ccrii tics thc delinquencies and the most current list of delinquent billings. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />'J'Jlcrc was nolle. <br /> <br />Motion hy Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to close thc public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />Thc public hearing was closed at 7:21 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:21 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Resolution <br />#05-09-324 Adopting Assessments for Past-Due Charges on Municipal Utility Bills (Which May <br />Include Water, Sewer, Street Lighting, Recycling, Storm Water Charges and Penalties Incurred) <br />and Current Services Rendered. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Strommen, Cook, Elvig, Olson, <br />and I)carson. Voting No: None.
