During 1994, the Cily passed Ordinance #94-13 which allows for the certification of payments for current services thal arc delinquent as of September 1 of each year. This is the eighth year that the City of Ramscy will be certifying delinquent payments as assessments to be collected with property mxcs payable in 2006. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. Thc public hearing was closed at 7:21 p.m. Council Business Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:21 p.m. Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Resolution #05-09-324 Adopting Assessments for Past-Due Charges on Municipal Utility Bills (Which May Include Water, Sewer, Street Lighting, Recycling, Storm Water Charges and Penalties Incurred) and Current Services Rendered. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Strommen, Cook, Elvig, Olson, and I)carson. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberJeffrey.
